Required text.

Dry, boring, unnecessarily overly worded. It's like they took a small amount of information and tried to stretch it out to make a longer book. It's really to the point of being unbearable. And that doesn't even get into the fact that I have to read a book that quotes Jung in a class that's part of a BACB approved curriculum. At least the inherent terribleness has given my online group mates and me something to bond over. I'm looking forward to returning my rental as soon as class is over!

Very specific, slightly redundant

This book might be helpful for those in management positions or those who work in collaboration projects. However, I found the book very redundant, as though the authors where just trying to make it longer. Bought it as required reading for a class. Not one I will refer to in my professional career much.

Received a damaged book.

The content of the book is fine but I recieved a book that had a large section hanging on by a thread which fell apart on the first use. The book is now in four pieces after using it twice. Very disappointed.
