This morning, my fourth graders and I made a rhythm recipe of deep dish pizza and right now my fifth graders are in their small groups writing their rhythm stories! I can't wait to hear them. Educational and fun drumming games and exercises. Kenya Masala - Rhythm Play!

Fantastic educational tool that makes learning very fun. I used many of these musical games with students from 5-10 and they loved it. Also fantastic for adults. Fits any age group! One of the best purchases I've made. Thanks, Kenya Masala!!

Wonderful for the Non-Musician Leader!

Fantastic! Amazing! Easy to use, and SO, SO USEFUL! I can't recommend this book enough if you are a non-musician planning to facilitate any kind of a therapy or play percussion group. I have a good sense of rhythm and I'm outgoing by nature, but even if you are inhibited and a little rhythmically unsure, this book will aid you greatly. There is a CD that provides a variety of basic beats. I love the author's candor regarding when players are likely to lose interest, and how to change that up, and also the his insights into the level of concentration that the different activities require. This book is a gem. Buy it. Spread the joy.
